Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing pryntodesigns.com or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

3. Products & Orders
All phone cases sold by PryntoDesigns are custom-made to order and produced by third-party print-on-demand suppliers after a purchase is confirmed. This means:

  • Each product is unique and manufactured specifically for you.
  • We do not hold stock — items are not available for immediate dispatch.
  • By placing an order, you authorize us to begin production immediately.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of materials. If an order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order.
  • We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand suppliers (including Printify and Podbase).
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by the supplier, courier, or customs.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Returns & Refunds As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference. However, we will offer a replacement or refund for items that are damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details on how to submit a claim. You do not need to return the item — photo evidence is sufficient.

7. EU Consumer Rights As a customer based in the European Union, you are protected by EU consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771/EU).

Right of Withdrawal: Under EU law, consumers typically have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. However, this right does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized or made to order. Since all our products are custom-produced after purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

8. Third-Party Suppliers & Fulfilment PryntoDesigns uses third-party print-on-demand suppliers to produce and fulfil orders. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for delays, errors, or quality issues caused by supplier failures beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue and provide you with an appropriate remedy.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of PryntoDesigns and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from PryntoDesigns. Personal, non-commercial viewing of website content is permitted.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties The materials and products on this website are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PryntoDesigns makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information on this website. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

11. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, PryntoDesigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

12. Privacy & Data Protection We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG). By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

13. Complaints & Dispute Resolution If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@pryntodesigns.com. We will do our best to resolve any issue within 5 business days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you have the right to submit it to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. As a consumer in the Netherlands, you may also contact the Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM) at www.acm.nl.

14. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.

15. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
