RETURN & REFUND POLICY — PRYNTODESIGNS Last updated: April 2026

Overview
All phone cases sold by PryntoDesigns are custom-made to order and produced specifically after purchase by our print-on-demand suppliers. Because every product is made uniquely for you, we do not hold stock and cannot accept general returns or exchanges.

EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), customers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized or made to order. Because each phone case is made to order and personalized specifically for the customer, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

We will however offer a free replacement or full refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Misprinted or with a production error
  • Incorrect (wrong product sent)

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds or replacements::

  • Wrong size or model ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference or colour differences due to screen settings

To submit a claim, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery at support@pryntodesigns.com with your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue. In most cases, returns are not required for approved damage or defect claims..

Lost Orders
 If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will investigate with our supplier and offer a replacement or refund. Please allow time for the investigation to be completed.

Wrong Address
 Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, we are unable to offer a free replacement. A re-order at the customer's cost may be arranged.

Refund Processing
 Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 1–3 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
