Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long does delivery take? All orders are made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days, followed by delivery within the Netherlands in 2–5 business days. Your total wait is typically 4–12 business days.
2. My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do? We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@pryntodesigns.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the item.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Because all products go into production immediately after purchase, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@pryntodesigns.com and we will do our best to help.
4. Which phone models do you support? We support a wide range of models including iPhone and Samsung Galaxy series. Check the product page for the full list of compatible models.
5. Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the Netherlands. International shipping is coming soon!
6. My order hasn't arrived. What should I do? First, check your tracking number (sent by email after dispatch). If there's no update after the expected delivery window, contact us at support@pryntodesigns.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
