Overview All phone cases from PryntoDesigns are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand suppliers. Your order goes into production after purchase, before being shipped directly to you within the Netherlands.


1. Production Time: Before your order ships, it needs to be produced. Production begins shortly after purchase.. Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the supplier. This is separate from the shipping time.


2. Estimated Delivery Time: Once produced and handed to the courier, orders within the Netherlands are estimated to arrive within 2–5 business days.

So your total estimated wait from order to delivery is roughly 4–12 business days in most cases.Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and destination.


3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken.


4. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.


5. Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Orders affected by incorrect address details provided at checkout may not qualify for a free replacement or refund.


6. Lost or Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@pryntodesigns.com with your order number. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Delays: Occasional delays may occur due to public holidays, peak seasons, or courier issues beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary during peak periods. We appreciate your patience.
